EXPEDITED FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY

Your Ability to Withdraw Funds

Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Once they are available, you can withdraw the funds in cash and we will use the funds to pay checks that you have written.

For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and federal banking holidays. If you make a deposit before 4:00 P.M. on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after 4:00 P.M. or on a day when we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day that we are open.

Longer Delays May Apply

Funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances:

· We believe a check that you deposit will not be paid.

· You deposit checks totaling more than $5,000 on any one day.

· You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid.

· You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six months.

· There is an emergency such as failure of computer or communications equipment.

We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available not later than five business days after the day of your deposit.

Special Rules for New Accounts

If you are a new customer, the following special rules will apply during the first 30 days that your account is open.

Funds from electronic direct deposits to your account will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Funds from deposits of cash, wire transfers and the first $5,000 of a day's total deposits of cashier's, certified, teller's, traveler's, federal, state and local government checks will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit if the deposit meets certain conditions. For example, the checks must be payable to you (and you may have to use a special deposit slip). The excess over $5,000 will be available not later than nine business days after the day of your deposit. If your deposit of these checks (other than a U.S. Treasury check) is not made in person to one of our employees, the first $5,000 will not be available until the second business day after the day of your deposit.

Funds from all other check deposits will be available not later than five business days after the day of your deposit.

COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT NOTICE

Under the Federal Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) evaluates our record of helping to meeting the credit needs of this community consistent with safe and sound operations. The FDIC also takes this record into account when deciding on certain applications submitted by us.

Your involvement is encouraged.

You are entitled to certain information about our operations and our performance under the CRA, including for example, information about our branches, such as their location and services provided at them; the public section of our most recent CRA Performance Evaluation, prepared by the FDIC; and comments received from the public relating to our performance in helping to meet community credit needs, as well as our responses to those comments. You may review this information today.

At least 30 days before the beginning of each quarter, the FDIC publishes a nationwide list of the banks that are scheduled for CRA examination in that quarter. This list is available from the Regional Manager, Division of Supervision and Consumer Protection, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606. You may send written comments about our performance in helping to meet community credit needs to Peter Argianas, Chief Executive Officer, Gold Coast Bank, 1201 North Clark Street, Suite 204, Chicago, Illinois 60610, and the FDIC Regional Manager. Your letter, together with any response by us, will be considered by the FDIC in evaluating our CRA performance and may be made public.

You may ask to look at any comments received by the FDIC Regional Manager. You may also request from the FDIC Regional Manager an announcement of our applications covered by the CRA filed with the FDIC. We are an affiliate of GC Bancorp, Inc., a bank holding company.
