To open a deposit account with Gold Coast Bank, we would like you to come and visit us. However, if this is not convenient, please follow the following simple and easy steps:
Download a Deposit Account Opening Application form by clicking here;
Complete and sign the application form, indicating at a minimum your full name, address, social security number, driver's license or passport number, birth date, telephone number, email address and type of deposit account.
Mail the original application form, fax or email a copy to the following mailing address, fax number or email address with a clear copy of your driver's license or passport:

Upon receipt of your application, the Bank will verify your application and upon acceptance, we will mail you signature card and disclosure forms and instructions on how to fund your account through our Online Banking or other means.
You may also enclose a check with a mailed application, but do not mail cash.
